In most old and current high class hotels, they have plaques with the Hotels logo/brand… This plaque was from the earliest renovation of the Beverly Hills Hotel! The reason I know is if you look at a photo of the old hotel on wikipedia, the 2 towers match the logo on the plaque. It was built in 1915 but the plaque style is more early 20s and yes I know it isnt quite an antique but within 5 years it is ok…. VERY RARE, COLLECTIBLE piece of Hollywood history!
