This is Breitling watch which is very very old. There are no records what i could find about this model. It is much earlier then the 1940 1950 cadette model. Looks much much older. The movement is more square then round. And looks like handmade out of two models (or so called Frankenwatch). Because most round watches have round movement. Reference number 7154 serialnumber inside the case 542811. But not sure if this is retracable. See pictures, because of the age there is a lot of wear and tear.
