You are looking at a rare. 1880’s Jerusalem Hotel 1 Piaster. Very Rare at any grade!!! To my opinion it is AU-UNC, but grade it yourself. What you see is what you get. The Jerusalem Hotel was owned by E. Hardegg, son of G. Hardegg, Christoph Hoffinan’s assistant. In the early 1880s, with Turkish permission, the hotel issued 3 brass tokens, 1/4, 1/2, and 1 Piaster. The tokens were used for commerce within the hotel and also to pay the wages of the employees. International Buyers Please Note. The item “1880’s Jerusalem Hotel 1 Piaster Very Rare! AU-UNC Holed!
