US Navy Fighter Wing 1 Semper Primus Plaque Brass Metal Emblem. Excellent medallion mounted on likely walnut. It is a two piece wood mount that has begun to split a little. The plaque is 10 inches tall, 8 1/4 inches wide, 3/4 inch thick wood. The metal emblem is 5 inches tall, 5 3/4 inches wide. The last picture is my wife being flown by the Cleveland Clinic for her original heart transplant Thanksgiving 2020. Sadly, it failed and she has now received a second heart transplant after spending 4 months in a Cardiac ICU. The last few years have exhausted our savings and exceed our income.
