This is truly a rare find piece of jewelry. It is part of a collection called The Thief of Bagdad, Korda by creator Alexander Korda. They were manufactured during the 1940s. This one is an amazing example of his creativity – styled perfectly for a choker length necklace to fully display how amazing it is. The length of the necklace is 15. The center section has 2 apostrophe shaped brass pieces with layers of brass metalworked pieces, rhinestones. And beautiful pearls (or faux pearls). Some of the metal pieces have enameling. There are 3 brass link chains between these 2 pieces and 2 brass link chains on the sides leading to the covered insert style clasp. An amazing work of art!
