CASH087 Very rare China Medal or Token, PCGS AU-55. Crossed flags with flower above surrounded by geometric border; Reverse: Chinese and Arabic fives alternating, each surrounded by a beaded border within solid border, all surrounded with decorative border. Though the attribution of this piece is uncertain Duan suggests that these were struck and used in either Szechuan or Yunnan. Well struck with good definition of the details such as the outer rim on the reverse which displays a pointed toothed design, though slightly uneven leaving a portion of the outer devices weak. This is class 1 coin according to CCC (see photo 8), very rare. AU55 is the highest graded by PCGS. Provenance: From the Q. (Very famous CASH collector, many of his CASH coins are very rare). You really don’t want to miss this coin if you collect China CASH coin. Don’t just wait because. Trust me I know how it feel. No Return for any graded coin.
