Ludwig heavy brass drums from the 1910s-1930s are beloved by recording studios and top musicians worldwide. Many dream of owning one, but fear they’ll never find one in good condition. The pursuit of this era’s sound, considered the pinnacle of vintage drums, can make finding a drum in satisfactory condition feel almost impossible. These golden-age heavy brass snare drums are lauded for their superior character, looks, and shell construction. However, nearly 100 years later, finding one without deterioration of parts or shell damage is extremely difficult. Especially for models with special specifications incorporating the cutting-edge technology and craftsmanship of the time, even seeing one on the market is practically a miracle. A truly artistic piece, handcrafted with exquisite carving. This drum boasts a breathtakingly alluring and elegant appearance, with a brass shell adorned with beautifully handcrafted scroll and arabesque patterns by skilled artisans, finished with a black nickel coating. It features a 15×5 inch, 10-lug design, a turning point in history. Despite its substantial 15-inch size, it was one of the first drums to adopt the 10-lug design, introduced around 1926, to facilitate easy tuning. This transitional specification is extremely valuable as a historical document. It features luxurious original parts from that era. The strainer is the highly regarded 338. Furthermore, the head is a rare cowhide head, luxuriously crafted to fit this particular instrument. Of course, the original hard case is also included. Each part resonates like an instrument, producing a special sound. One listen will immediately reveal its distinctly different character from modern instruments. From the shell to the hoops and bolts, every part resonates organically, resulting in the ultimate heavy brass sound. A 15-inch sculpted model in such mint condition and possessing such historical artistic value may never appear on the market anywhere else in the world again. We would like to entrust this prized piece to only professionals seeking the finest recording sound, or to those with a true aesthetic sense who wish to add a historical masterpiece to their collection. We do not undervalue merchandise or mark items as gifts. And international government regulations prohibit such behavior. About Importer’s Obligation. Thank you for your understanding.

1920’s Vintage 14 1/2 KODIAK BOWIE FIGHTING KNIFE RARE Heavy Duty! This Bowie is Heavy Duty and extremely old. Very well built for its age. At over 3+ lbs and 100+ years old it’s a beauty! The craftsmanship is clear. The engraved blade is a BEAUTY, it just needs a good cleaning. There is some wear and age to it- see attached photos. It could use a good sharpening. But when you pick this one up you’ll know it’s the real deal. It’s probably the most solid Bowie I’ve held. They simply don’t make them like this any more. It’s got some history and may have been used in combat. Check out our customer reviews &####128522. Shoot me an offer- Let’s make a DEAL &####128077.
