This is truly a rare find piece of jewelry. It is part of a collection called The Thief of Bagdad, Korda by creator Alexander Korda. They were manufactured during the 1940s. This one is an amazing example of his creativity – styled perfectly for a choker length necklace to fully display how amazing it is. The length of the necklace is 15. The center section has 2 apostrophe shaped brass pieces with layers of brass metalworked pieces, rhinestones. And beautiful pearls (or faux pearls). Some of the metal pieces have enameling. There are 3 brass link chains between these 2 pieces and 2 brass link chains on the sides leading to the covered insert style clasp. An amazing work of art!

Alexander Single Bb’s are some of the best ever made. Many professionals choose these over standard double horns as they have reduced weight and fewer compromises inherent in a double horn. This 5 valve Bb has a A/A+ thumb stopping valve and a pinky F extension. Another rarity of the horn is the choice of nickel silver, a preference in America rather than Europe. The horn is like-new, except for the lacquer wear. Amazing player and one of the best we’ve seen. Comes with original Alexander case and Alexander case cover This was my main horns for years. I recently switched to an Alexander 203 and no longer require this spectacular 97. We believe in the power of history & continuous learning to support the horn community. At Hampson Horns, we understand that the journey to master the horn is ongoing.
