COLORADO & SOUTH EASTERN BRASS CAST RAILROAD LOCK VERY RARE ONLY A FEW KNOWN! Up for consideration is a VERY RARE Colorado lock offering. This “S” switch lock is cast beautifully, “C&SERy” for the Colorado & South Eastern Railway. The lock has a beautiful patina, clevis included, and will function with the proper opening device (takes the standard Santa Fe A&W switch key). This lock was featured in Arnall’s book 25 years ago with an example, very rare, and to the best of my knowledge, only about 2-3 total are known in collections today. This road ran from Barnes to Delagua in southeastern Colorado, and also Ludlow to Delagua, sharing a joint trackage agreement with the Colorado & Southern, with 6 miles on the mainline, 15 shared, and branches of 10 miles, for a total of only 31 miles! Don’t miss out on a stellar opportunity to own an extremely rare Colorado railroad lock missing from most collections! PICK-UP is always available.
