Up for your consideration is this Marine or Railroad lantern. Lovell & Co N. Is probably a replacement. Miller & Co made in USA – original. My magnet tells me this lantern is made of all Copper & Brass. I have not tried to clean it , but it appears that at one point the “top”. Was polished where the rivets are. It appears to be all original EXCEPT that maybe the 2 rivets on the top were replaced. I find it hard to locate any information on Lovell lanterns. A website blacknight shows some examples of marine lanterns. Globe looks fine with some minor chipping on the base from use or manufacture. Lantern without handle stands 11 1/2 inches tall.
