Important note: I will be on vacation from February the 5th. History: Here comes a rather rare bird, the famous H. Apochromat which was made by the small workshop in Dresden by Gustav Heyde. The lens features a 3 + 3 elements design, which is same family as the famous Dagor lens (made by Goerz). The lens itself featured a quite wide imaging circle while still remaining well corrected over the complete image field, thus avoiding most aberrations. Condition: The brass looks absolutely nice here, there is minimal wear, and the authentic golden laquere is still mostly intact. The glass is a stunning condition also, i cant even see cleaning marks here, and besides that there is no fungus, haze or anything that would change the image quality present. The lens offers a focal lenght of 550mm (or 22) and an image circle which is just shy of 65cm. It will cover up to 20×20 format nicely with minimal movements. The lens features a working aperture, which moves smoothly from F6.8 to F87. The lens comes with a fitting flange and an adapted lenscap. You better grab the chance to get hold of this quite unique piece of optical history. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
