RARE 1988 Vintage Brass/Bronze Masonic Shriners Plaque 8.5″x8.25″ Very Heavy. This plaque looks like it is in the shape of a bear to me. It also comes with a name plate which reads “Robert Goeringer Potentate1988 Tehran TemplePresented by Directors Staff”. These were at one time mounted onto a big wood plaque but over time the screws were loose or missing and it was better to take it apart. The bronze/brass plaque is in good condition and the name plate has some scratches.

Antique 16th century medievel lavabo. Leaded brass/bronze. VERY RARE
Antique 15th/16th century medievel lavabo. Leaded bronze, “lavabo”, also called Lavacrum or Lavatorium is very heavy duty and has stood the test of time. 500 years of time? ! That is mind boggling to me. This is an artifact from the 15th and 16th century where it became high class to wash hands before gatherings take place. As well within religious circles, churches, monestaries, as with royals and upperclass. One of the pictures depicts where it may have hung and what it may have looked like during the time period. I don’t see any others of these for sale in the states at this time. Apart from the story and being this old and collectible, it makes a great piece of decoration! I offer one of a kind kitschy items designed to bring a smile to your face and bring back memories of a simpler time. Prices based on market trends at the time of the listing. It is my intention to move product and get these one of a kind items to someone that will love and appreciate them. If you see something you like, but not the price, make an offer or message me to negotiate. This item is in the category “Collectibles\Decorative Collectibles\Other Decorative Collectibles”. The seller is “aubjoh_84″ and is located in this country: US. This item can be shipped worldwide.

Non Dug Confederate Maryland Civil War Sword Buckle Plate brass/bronze VERY RARE
Presented here is a rare, early brass rectangular belt plate worn by Maryland volunteers during the Civil War. Many of these Maryland sword belt plates went south with their volunteers and are occasionally excavated in Confederate campsites. In great condition, this handsome cast brass, slightly convex-shaped with a slight (not natural twist – see pics), uniform sword belt plate is a rectangular pattern plate that measures 51 mm x 88 mm. Constructed of solid brass that was impressed with a quality metal die, the plate face bears has a highly detailed rendition of the Maryland state seal set within an oval and all on a fine stippled background. On the reverse, the belt plate bears a 7/8 long tongue brazed on. No benchmarks or maker’s marks are visible. This handsome waist plate, likely an officer’s or cavalryman’s, supported the individual’s sword belt. Specimen does not have any of its original bright gold gilt. A similar plate is found on page 168 in a fine reference book titled “American Military Belt Plates” by authors Michael J. Duncan Campbell, O’Donnell Publications, 1996. An excellent, rarely seen, Maryland rectangular sword plate specimen that would enhance any waist belt plate collection or Civil War display. This item is in the category “Collectibles\Militaria\Civil War (1861-65)\Original Period Items\Belts & Belt Buckles”. The seller is “ptp901″ and is located in this country: US. This item can be shipped to United States.
