Best, Chicago, Illinois, USA This Antique Signed H. Best Cut glass lamp is signed on the bottom of its exceptionally detailed base. The bronze finish on both the base and on the matching Decorated finial is in excellent condition. The body of the lamp has a textured red glass that lights up beautifully. It has cut panels that reflect the light as it comes through the body, it really is a wonderful gleam & glow. On the top of the light there is a double brass light fixture that has two pull chain sockets that work well and has been rewired with a Vintage cord. This is an excellent choice for your slag glass / stained glass shade, as it is Working and looking lovely! In Nice vintage condition! Normal patina and age wear to the finish, but nothing that takes away from the beauty of this piece The pull chain sockets are working well. It has the Original ceramic socket. The chandeliers has all original components. The part that goes on the ceiling is round and about 5 in diameter. Amazing original patina for is age. This is a genuine Wedgwood white on blue Jasperware bathroom faucet fixture. It is very fancy with heavy solid brass spout, trim rings and lift rod. The elaborate spout is cast with the same leaf pattern that is on the jasperware bas relief on the round handle bases. All the blue jasperware pieces are impressed with the WEDGWOOD mark. The heavy brass spout weighs 2-lbs 5-oz by itself. The jasperware handle bases measure 2-7/8″ diameter and 1-3/8″ high. The overall length of the spout is 8-1/4. I think you will want to mount this on a sink with 8 handle spacing. The brass surfaces may be a little age toned, but nothing serious. The jasperware pieces have a little water calcification on the bottoms that is not visible when assembled. There are no chips or cracks in the jasperware pieces. They really are beautiful and unique. Don’t let these get away, they are very rare. We have collected Wedgwood for over 20 years and have never seen a set like this before. This set does not include the actual valve and mixing bodies but does include all that you see in the photos.
