A late 19th-century R. Field & Son brass microscope, marked Birmingham, complete with serial number 537. The set includes a standalone mirror, sub-stage mirror, single objective lens, two eyepieces, and six slides, some of which contain specimens. Beautiful Ernst Leitz brass microscope stage circa turn of the century-1910. Beautiful condition for its age and all movements are very smooth. Someone has painted a small “8” on it with either white out or off white oil paint which I’m sure could be easily removed but I did not try. Comes in original felt lined wooden box.

Vickers Dick Wright eyepiece head for polarizing microscope w/adapter VERY RARE. This Dick Wright eyepiece head is extremely rare and in such a good conditions. It fits in 33.2mm eyetube in Vickers polarizing microscope. The eyepiece(29mm) is NOT included. It comes with an adapter so that you can use smaller 12mm slider in this head. All moving parts works as they are. There is a cross when looking through it. The polarizer is selectable. There is a slight delamination on the polarizer but it works well. Graduations from 0-360 deg. Clear optics but with small amount of internal dusts which do not affect its performance much. Cosmetically, there are marks/paint loss on body.
