It Did Not Appear In Any Norris Catalogue And Would Have Been Made As A Special Order. This Is Only The Second One Known The Other Being In Rather Poor Condition Having Been Poorly Re-infilled As Featured In The Russell Collection See “Antique Woodworking Tools Their Craftsmanship From The Earliest Times To The Twentieth Century”. This Plane Is In Stunning Condition The Ebony Infill Still Retaining Nearly All It’s Original Lacquer. The Iron Having Some Of It’s Original Blueing And Some Original Lacquer to The Gunmetal Lever Cap. This One Certainly Is Unique In This Condition.
