VERY RARE VINTAGE 1970's DON FREEDMAN SIGNED BRONZE BRASS DUCK SCULPTURE MCM
VERY RARE VINTAGE 1970’s DON FREEDMAN SIGNED BRONZE BRASS DUCK SCULPTURE MCM Being offered today is a bronze or brass duck sculpture designed by Don Freedman and believed to date to the 1970’s. The piece has an amazing amount of character and appears as if it’s about to take flight. It has a rich dark brown patina with areas looking like weathered copper on the wings and feet. The sculpture stands 7.25 inches tall with a wingspan of 6.5 inches and measures 10.25 inches from beak to tail. The piece is nicely marked with his initials D. And is in lovely condition with no damage. Don Freedman is most well known for his textile wall hangings. It’s a wonderful piece. Please see all photos. Item described as accurately as possible. This necklace is STUNNING. Gorgeous signed Antique BF & Co 36 inch necklace. Brass setting with vibrant blue glass beads and portrait of a Woman, possibly ceramic. I’m guessing the edges of the photo were turned inward to keep the portrait safe. It is over 89 grams in weight. See photos for other details and feel free to ask any questions! There is some signs of wear due to the age. At first I thought there was a crack in the portrait, but its marker!! Some of the chain has been switched out or is loose. There is a secondary layer of chain up in the middle as shown, maybe so you can extend the length if you want? It is uneven currently so I’m guessing someone did that to change the length.

This listing is for an Antique 18th Century wood & brass Clock Movement, signed by the maker and dated 1740. It is also hallmarked on the front I believe- an S in a square with zig-zag jagged edges. It has detailed notes by following repairmen from the 18th century on, as well as many of their names. Some have slowly faded but could possibly be brought back with restoration. Possibly originally meant for a miniature grandfather clock or a wall cased clock, it is an excellent item for restoration and use. I believe the movement itself is complete, it just needs the pendulum, weights, hands, and face. The design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor.
