Offered for your consideration is an unusual and rare pair of Hubbell fat-boy light sockets. I just removed these from a turn-of the century chandelier that had other damage These are the early Hubbell sockets, with the integral chain guide, made only from 1900 to 1910, with the word “Hubbell” raised and embossed on the socket shell. They are completely original, and both sockets have the full-length 8 chain with acorn pull attached. The chains have a nice, solid pull to them, and I have tested both with bulbs, and they operate perfectly. As you can see in the photos, what makes these sockets especially unusual is that they are attached to a convex brass plate with angle adapters to match the curve of the plate.
