Check out this latest consignment we accepted. One of many items from an estate of a reknown recording / touring musician with an impressive history. There’s over a dozen trumpets and at least 100 mouthpieces we will be offering. This very rare Viking VTS60 trumpet dates back c. 2010or a bit earlier or later. The Copper finish has a few small spots of loss. Elaborate engraving on bell. All the valves and slides function properly. This trumpet wasn’t played much as Bill had another identical in silver which shows heavy playing wear which will be listed at a later date. There’s virtually no info we could find online about. Viking Musical Instruments LLC. Other than they made saxophones that command premium prices. Family expressed Bill received two prototypes to take a test drive and review. I surmise Viking were considering branching out which was never realized as they closed their doors in 2017. This explains why the trumpets can’t be found for sale. With certainty only a small batch were produced so here’s your chance add one of the rare trumpets to your collection! The video below is a Callet we also currently listed for sale.
