This is an antique pantometer (surveyor instrument). Made in brass & working. Very rare big size model with two tone sloping scale. Surveyor instrument to measure degrees with working scale. Most probably made in Italy or France for the south american market. Made between 1890 to 1920. Diameter: 102 millimeters (big).
