Very Rare Maitland Smith Style Box Inlaid Stone/Marble Brass Wood 6lbs 13x10x4in. (Well Packed, See Reviews). The box has mild general wear from age and being used. There’s nothing major wrong with the box and it looks good, but its clearly not brand new by any means. Tiny dings, scuffs, scratches, smudges are present. Please see all photos for further reference. I have listed it as Maitland Smith “Style” because I cannot confirm the brand with 100% certainty. Having said that, this is a very well made box that took a lot of time make. You can see the planning that must have taken place to make the symmetrical crossing pattern of the inlaid stones on the lid. The wood is heavy and obviously very sturdy and thick. It’s been cleaned and the inside disinfected. If its not Maitland Smith I would guess its a brand of even higher quality items. I lower prices on listings on a regular basis.
