New Jersey State Seal Proto Type From Waterbury Factory. Found on an old card of buttons from the Waterbury Factory, New Jeresy state seal proto Type, from the factoey. Never adopted by the state for wear, this is a collectors must have button. Last one I have there were two one was lost. Far as I know this is the last one known to exist.
