VERY RARE VINTAGE 1970’s DON FREEDMAN SIGNED BRONZE BRASS DUCK SCULPTURE MCM Being offered today is a bronze or brass duck sculpture designed by Don Freedman and believed to date to the 1970’s. The piece has an amazing amount of character and appears as if it’s about to take flight. It has a rich dark brown patina with areas looking like weathered copper on the wings and feet. The sculpture stands 7.25 inches tall with a wingspan of 6.5 inches and measures 10.25 inches from beak to tail. The piece is nicely marked with his initials D. And is in lovely condition with no damage. Don Freedman is most well known for his textile wall hangings. It’s a wonderful piece. Please see all photos. Item described as accurately as possible.
