Vintage pair of heavy marble bookends featuring original antique Russell & Erwin (R&E) brass door knobs with “Scales of Justice” and key motif. The design is associated with legal/judicial symbolism, making this a unique piece for office or library decor. Each bookend is made of solid black marble with natural veining and mounted brass initials “WG” on the front. ? Size (each): approx. 5.5″ x 5.5″ x 5. 5.6 lb each (very heavy and stable).
