Blades and Handle are four separate parts (can be seen in one of the pics). Very rare English craftsmen made item in Sheffield. Brass handles formed beautifully to fit the hand joined to carbon steel blades, for a comfortable action in effective cutting. History attached in picture. Very sharp and cuts well. These are such a fantastic tactile item made by world renowned craftsmen over 150 years ago. The patina is fabulous and original through years of use and existence.
