Very Very Rare and HARD TO FIND ANTIQUE COPPER PLAQUE BEFORE THE HUNT HUNTING PARTY SCENE. VERY OLD PLAQUE WHICH IS BRASS MOUNTED INSIDE THE FRAME. From a private collection which also includes After the Hunt which will be listed separately. This is a true antique from the 17th to 18th century. This party scene depicts the energy prior to the hunt in copper with a brass backplate. The frame includes the name Before the Hunt. Dimensions are approximately 9 1/2 by 11 1/2 including the frame. Very old with some signs of aging, wear some scratches, small brass mounts bits are missing, patina, etc. There lends to uniqueness and true value. We strive for excellence in service and disclosure.
