People’s Commissariat of Internal Affairs (NKVD). Before the formation of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, employees of the People’s Commissariat of Internal Affairs and the Workers’ and Peasants’ Militia used Red Army waist belts. And only private and junior officers of the Gulag since 1943 wore buttons and belt buckles with the image of a hammer and sickle inside a laurel wreath with a star at the top. The buckle was made of steel, less often of brass, and covered with a silver layer of nickel or chromium. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt. We usually respond within 24 hours on weekdays.
